A maternity session is such a special moment in life, it is so wonderful to capture it, as it only last a short while, and we really all do tend to forget how much our bodies changed at this time.
Sarah contacted me a few months back, with a few things she had in mind for her Maternity session. She wanted to include her two beautiful Labrador's, and she wanted to have the session on her gorgeous property in Jimboomba. If anyone knows me they know I'm a huge sucker for any dog I meet, so I of course thought this was a brilliant idea, as dogs and pets are such an important part of all of our families. On the day of Sarah & Ben's Maternity session I got to finally meet this lovely couple, and their girls (the dogs). I think it is fabulous to book a Bump to Bub session as we get to build a re pore before your little one arrives, and you can feel at ease with me on the day of your new babies newborn Session.
The day had come I was going to meet Sarah & Ben's new addition to the family little Oliver. Such a hansom and gentle little boy you both must be very proud. Now you might think that us photographers would just get use to seeing bubs and it wouldn't be so exciting, but for me that will never be the case. Such great energy a little on brings to the studio, it is just so special. Now Oliver was a few days older then when most newborn sessions take place, this doesn't mean that I can't capture those adorable images, sometimes just means they are more restless and wont want to sleep as much as they are more curious what I'm doing. In this case, besides a few wriggles here and there Oliver was a dream, he even let me dress him in the most adorable little outfit's.
